Back On

Sorry I haven't been sending out postcards / scanning ones I've received / sending thank yous for ones I've received and everything Post-to-Post-related for the past few months.

Been sick since July and it was playing havoc with my life. My college grades plummeted (expected when trying to take exams with migraines and fevers), and my family and friends hardly saw me while I hibernated at home. I've lost weight, acquired insomnia, and missed updating my blog regularly.

The medicines I kept popping didn't help so I finally went to the doctor, and got scolded because my illnesses were stress-related.

You can kick me now since I can't do it myself. And if you want to scold me some more, you'll have to stand in line behind my family and friends.

I'm slowing down my pace, eating meals on time, and trying to take it easy so my health (and my life) will get back to order.

The cards I got during this time cheered me up loads (thank you!), and since I'm better, I'll be able to post them up in a few days.

Just wanted everyone over here to know I haven't disappeared. :)

Take care, everyone!

Hi Daisy!

Sorry to hear you've been sidetracked with illness, insomnia and insufficient nutrition. I'll pray you get back on track!

I'm slowly (ever-so-slowly) getting cards out - one at a time. I hope to get to everyone at least before Christmas!

Google the prayer, "Slow Me Down Lord" - you'll find it a great comfort.

Daisy: I am sorry to hear that you have been unwell. Learning the tricky art of life balance takes a while - I hope you get on top of things.

kat: that is such a cool prayer about slowing down. I have to learn to do all those things haha. thank you for the prayer too! :D

linda: yep, it's tricky. I hope I get on top of things too! it's exam week this week and I'm trying my best not to let it get too hectic. XD

Glad you liked the prayer, Daisy! Now, I need to heed it myself.
